At other end, goods stoppages, listing the reasons weekly amounts were stopped from the wages of named mill-hands. Outstanding arrears are also listed, Aug 1813-Jun 1817. Labelled 76 on front cover and flyleaf. Front cover atached only by tag at bottom, spine cover loose and partially missing, exposing binding.
