Broken lamp glasses stoppages book

Description
Lists the name of the person who broke the lamp glass, which room they worked in and what the job they did and the amount stopped from their wages.
Reverse of book contains names of people with the accounts for maintenance of 'short drawing', 'roving rollers', and 'long drawings' on their machines.
Labelled 140 on front cover and inside front cover. Covers detached, binding in perilous state, with several pages loose.
