Title
Lease for lives. Thomas Woodward of Horsley, yeoman and Isabell his wife and Thomas Sacheverell son of the said Isabell, brother and heir of Henry Sacheverell deceased by the mediation of Henry Statham, William Johnson, George Heathcote, Ralph Sacheverell, and William Buller re all lands of Thomas Sacheverell sr leased from Ralph Langeford in Pinxton (field names given) for jointure and dower of Isabell Woodward. Thomas Sacheverell will execute a deed settling on his mother and her present husband the land called Brookhill held of Ralph Longford with all lands in Pinxton Field, and a little house called Magge House, subject to an annual payment of 4 shillings to Thomas Sacheverell
