| Administrative History | The Hospital Carnival Committee appears to have organised fundraising activities, focused on an annual carnival week, to enable the allocation of grants to local hospitals and charitable bodies. Work was organised through the Executive and General Committees, in addition to numerous sub-committees including Tournaments, Saturday, Parades, Carnival Bands, Queen's, Sunday Services, Competitions, Dance, Markets, Whist and Catering. |
