Surrender by Ann Gilman of New Field, Sheen, Staffordshire, widow, and William Gilman of Ludwell, in the Manor of Hartington, farmer, and his wife, Mary, to John Percival of Hartington, farmer, in consideration of £265, reciting that the said Mary, until her death or remarriage, was entitled to a one third part of copyhold property situate in the Manor of Hartington under the will of William Gilman deceased (namely the Town Head Closes).
