Draft agreement between (1) William Alexander Carrington and Robert Cross, both of Bakewell, gentlemen, being the surviving trustees of St Andrew's Charity under the indenture dated 1 Jul 1882; (2) the Rev Charles Thomas Abraham of Bakewell, Clerk in Holy Orders, and others [named], being ten of the chief freeholders of Bakewell; and (3) the said W A Carrington, R Cross, the Rev C T Abraham, and all others named above; - being a conveyance to charitable uses in favour of the poor of Bakewell of various hereditaments situated at Monyash
