Title
Draft conveyance by the representatives of Sarah Botham deceased, being (1) Francis Botham of Norton Lees, labourer; and (2) George Botham of Over Haddon, labourer; to (3) Joseph Wildgoose of Over Haddon, farmer; - of a cottage (now in ruins) and two gardens, at the east end of Over Haddon, occupied by George Wildgoose, and then by his son, Francis Wildgoose, and afterwards by his daughter, Sarah Botham, and her son Samuel Botham, and lastly by her sons, the said Francis Botham and George Botham, for £30 Appended are instructions for conveyancing.
