Draft conveyance by (1) Francis Calvert of Risley Lodge, Derbyshire, civil engineer; and Rowland Heathcote Hacker junior of Barton under Needwood, Staffordshire, land agent, (being the nephew of Godfrey Heathcote, late of Chesterfield, who died on 19 Jul 1870), who was known as Rowland Heathcote junior but on 9 May 1871 changed his name; to (2) Frederick Parker of Bakewell, gentleman; - of land situate in the Township of Newbold, namely the Brockhills or Brockwells 8a 3r 34p (Upper Brockwell 4a 1r 26p, Nether Brockwell 4a 2r 5p), formerly in the possession of widow Gregory, afterwards of Joseph Gratton, but now occupied by Henry and William Briddon, with all mines and minerals, for £1,450.
