Copy draft bargain and sale by (1) Robert Thornhill of Great Longstone, gentleman, as executor under the will of Robert Fidler dated 23 Feb 1833, testator dying 18 Aug 1841, will proved at Lichfield 26 June 1848; and (2) Charles James Taylor of Liverpookl, carver, Robert Taylor of Wrexham, in the County of Denbighshire, plasterer, and Ann Taylor, and initiate of the Roman Catholic convent at Stoke on Trent, spinster, being devisees under the said will of Robert Fidler; to (3) Samuel Needham of Rushop, Chapel en le Frith, esq; - of land called Meadow Close, situate in the Township of Ashford, 2a 1r 25p, occupied by Thomas Fidler, for £280 6 Jan 1871
