Title defaced and overwritten: shows 2000 acres, named fields with acreage, houses in perspective, 3 storey Hall adjacent church, roads: Cuningrey, Parke, Terril hay, New Bridge Field, Potluck Field, Radbourn Common: terrier on map describes Lord's part, rectory and Glebe lands, lands belonging to Etwall Hospital and Repton School.
