to friends William Hill the younger, gentleman, of Wendover (county Bucks.), Michael Hill, gentleman, of Wendover and John Plomer, gentleman, of West Wycombe (county Bucks.) all messuages in Little Hampden, Ellesborough, Great Marloe and Aylesbury (county Bucks.), all estate and equitable interest in a close in Ellesborough which John Hill is about to purchase, and all other messuages in Bucks, not already devised, in trust to pay annuities (specified) to grandchildren, residue in trust for grandson Thomas Hill at age of 21, remainder to his children who reach 21, remainder to grandson John Gibson at age 21;
