Description
Agreement by Thomas Heward of Roworth in the parish of Glossop to draw up a deed of bargain and sale to Thomas Ferneley of Lanehead, of lands in Roworth called the Further Meadowe, the Meadowe Heade and the Upper End of the Weete Feilde and of a 'little bay' of buildings at the southeast end of the Over Barne; also to grant a lease of the Great Bay in the Upper Barne until the little bay can be 'loosed' from Mark Trikitt.
