Counterpart release [lease not present] of a third-part of the manors of Knebworth, Letchworth, Hanchetts, Mandlebury, Broxburne [Broxbourne] alias Canwicke, Halfhide and Homeleys (Hertfordshire), and lands in those places and in Hitchin, Stevenage, Shephall, Wellwyn, Datchworth and Currycott (Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire), with the exception of a moiety of all messuages and lands occupied by certain people named in an attached schedule, Dame Ann Russell, widow, to Sir Edward Cook of Langford (Derbyshire), baronet, in trust for Dame Ann Every, wife of Sir Henry Every of Burton upon Trent, baronet, and her heirs and assigns
