Title
Lease for 10 years by Lord Richard de Willoughby, lord of Elvaston of a virgate of land and adjoining Lord meadow in Ambaston , for 20 shillings silver per annum, cock and 4 hens at Christmas, 3 days's ploughing, 1 day hoeing, 1 day's cartage of corn, three week's suit of lord's court at Elvaston; Thomas will not pay scutage or for knighting lord's eldest son or marriage of eldest daughter, nor be liable for reeve's office or frankpledge, but will pay two levelled bushels of wheat at Christmas for right to have mill.
