Administrative HistoryThe Company had been already liquidated before the National Star Group had been acquired in 1971. It was incorporated in 1928, with its registered office at Newport, Monmouthshire. Its shares seem to have been owned by brick and tile companies in the Newport area, including Star Brick and Tile Co. It may have been a selling organization for the companies acting as a cartel.
