F C Hibberd and Co Ltd was incorporated in 1927 and had works at Park Royal in London.
It manufactured diesel locomotives and spare parts, mobile tractors and similar products.
It was acquired in 1964, and all production was transferred to Butterley. The company was re-named Butterley (FCH) Ltd in 1970 and liquidated in 1979.
