Administrative History
The Chapel was built in 1865 and closed after the amalgamation of three Matlock Methodist Churches (Bank Road, Trinity and Imperial) in 1965.
Custodial History
These records were initially deposited in Derbyshire Record Office by the Matlock Methodist Circuit in 1974 onwards, before being re-accessioned in 1995. Further records were deposited in Derbyshire Record Office in February 2013. Added to the catalogue as part of the FindersKeepers project by volunteer JW.
