Agreement for exchange of lands in Scropton between Thomas Rossington of Scropton, gent, Thomas Barlow, senior and Thomas Barlow, junior, of Scropton, yeomen, and George Vernon of Sudbury Esq.

Description
By which Rossington and the Barlows agree to assume to Vernon a tenement in Scropton, parcel of land called the Pyeflatt, 8 lands of arable ground in the Nooke Field of Scropton – in consideration of £315: also Vernon to reconvey to Rossington as parcel of ground called? Reddrun with two ?baches belonging lying between the close and the River Dove and 8 lands lying in the Nooke Field – in consideration of £270; also Vernon shall reconvey to Thomas Barlow, sr. and jr. the residue of the premises not before mentioned except for one close called the Ryeflatt and another close called the Acre with the lane and byeflatts belonging and 2 bays of barn at the end of the great barn, which are to remain to George Vernon and for which he is to pay the remaining sum
