John Curson [Curzon] of Kedleston and Nicoll Fitzherbert of Norbury Esqs decide that Anne should hold for life the said lands and tenements (except that Nicoll [Montgomery] shall take the issues and profits of a tenement in Sudbury, 14s a year pasture called the Halle Orchard, 15s a year parcel of the land called Rickards Thing, 8s a year, and a close called Feny Croft, 6s 8d a year) paying 4 marks a year to Nicoll Montgomery
