Title
Agreement between Lord William de Vern[on?] and Lady Pet[ro]nilla le Sage, Lord of Ti[m]mor, namely that the said Pet[ro]nilla and her heirs may fish in the water with nets and baskets between “le Holm of St Ediht” and the mill of Timmor without impediment from the said Lord William de Vern[on] or his heirs outside the bays (bayas) of the pond and mill, and it is known that the said Lord William de Vern[on] and his heirs may fish in the water between the Holm of St Ediht and the said mill without impediment from the Lady Pet[ro]nilla or her heirs with nets and baskets
