Title
Grant (no dedi) by Robert de Checkeleg to William Lord of Kav[er]eswal and his heirs, so that he can improve all his lands, plains and wastes, reserving to himself and his heirs free common in “La Le” de Kav[er]eswal just as he and his father before him were accustomed to have, also reserving sufficient pasture for the tenements he (Robert) holds of him (William) in Kav[er]eswal, all his assized (assigns? at a fixed rent) lands in the manor of Kav[er]eswal from the year 32 Henry III, and for this concession the said William has given him (Robert) an acre of land with appurtenances in the heath of Tonstal
