Gift of Ralph, son of Nichaolas de Marchington, to Ralph de Grendon and John his son and John's lawful issue of all the land he held within the precinct of the said Ralph de Grendon in Gayton as is enclosed by a ditch. Annual rent of a red rose. Reversion to Philip, brother of John, then to Robert his brother and then to Ralph de Marchington. Witnesses: Roger de Aston, parson of Weston; Richard Venables; John de Honet, Adam son of Ralph de grendon, William le Hore, clerk, and others. Sunday after feast of james the Apostle, 6 Ed III
