Conveyance by Richard Thomas Gratton of Chesterfield solicitor, the said Richard Thomas Gratton, Edward Machen of Walsall (co. Stafford), and others, to William Gladwin Turbutt of Ogston Hall esq. reciting the will (1855) of William Towndrow, of a messuage and garden in Brackenfield, with the Upper Close above Tang, the Tang Close, and the Upper and Nether Closes by the Lane, containing in all 12 acres 2 roods 31 perches.
