Mortgage by demise for term of 1000 years by William Fletcher of Watnall Chaworth in the parish of Greasley (county Nottingham) schoolmaster (son and heir of Lydia Green) to John Marriott of Colston Basset (county Nottingham) cordwainer, of three messuages in Higham (tenants William Turner, Ann Godber, John Teesdale), another messuage (tenant Ann Herod), the Conygree Sick (3 acres), Upper Hall Field, Nether Hall Field, and the Sick (containing 8 acres 7 perches), the Well Close (4 acres 23 perches); and one sixth-part of 30 acres in Shirland; and one sixth-part of the Further Hall Field in Higham (4 acres 17 perches).
