revoking former wills, leaving lands, tenements and appurtenances in Little Longsdon [Little Longstone], Great Longsdon and Wardlow to eldest son, Thomas; £200 in bonds owing from several persons in Derbyshire equally between son, John, and daughter, Elizabeth, at 21 years of age or marriage, with whole to survivor if either should die before attaining 21 years or marrying; interest on bonds to be used in intervale for maintenance of children; income from lands, etc. to be used for maintenance of whole family until Thomas is 21 years old; trustee Thomas White of Stoney Middleton; wife, Sarah, executrix; 2 guineas to Thomas White to buy a mourning ring 16 Nov 1684. Copy final concord between Ralph Darbyshire and Francis Hodgkinson, plaintiffs, and Joseph Hewitt and wife Anne, George Mellor, and Jonathan Wigfall and wife Emmotta concerning 2 messuages, 8 cottages, 15 acres land, 8 acres meadow, 15 acres pasture, and 4 beastgates in Great Longsdon and Little Longsdon.
