Title
Lease for 21 years by Anthony Longsdon of Little Longsdon [Little Longstone], gent., and Robert Longsdon, his son and heir-apparent, to Christabel Longsdon, daughter of Anthony, of grounds and closes called the Upper Ryoth, Cocke and Overthwart Close in Little Longsdon, to hold from Michaelmas next after William, son and heir apparent of Robert, reaches age of 18 years at peppercorn rent, as security for payment to her when William is 18 of £100, on receipt of which payment lease becomes void. Lease to be void also if Christabel marries without her father's consent or if she claims legacy left to her by her brother, Thomas, deceased. If she dies unmarried during her father's life, he is to possess the lands for residue of lease
