Title
Notice: Longstone School is to be run solely as a school for the instruction of children and adults or children only of the labouring, manufacturing and other poorer classes in the townships of Great Longstone and Little Longstone, to be conducted as a Public Elementary School under Education Act 1870, Section 7, with a committee of 7, 1 exofficio, and 6 to be elected by subscribers of 5 shillings yearly. Leaflet urges all householders to subscribe and so determine composition of Board.
