Douglas Blackburn, London, S.W., to Land Settlement Committee: suggests that he should be employed to write letters to the press advocating settlement in Southern Rhodesia;
has found that by writing short, pointed letters at every opportunity one gets much free advertising;
has succeeded in raising £100,000 by this means;
is surprised by the lack of knowledge in England about Southern Rhodesia
