An Australian mining company, registered in 1903 and known until December as the London and Globe Deep Leads Assets Ltd, it went into voluntary liquidation in 1907 and was reconstructed with the Australian Commonwealth Trust Ltd as the Australian Deep Leads Trust. Philip Lyttelton Gell was Chairman.
