Custodial History | These files were found at Manners Colliery Generating Station and deposited by East Midlands Electricity in March 1988. |
Arrangement | The files were stored in box files. Where the box files were numbered, the same sequence has been used in the archival listings and the original box file number and title is given in the archival list. Unnumbered box files area at the end of the list. Files have been listed in their original sequence within the box file and the original file number, and original file title where appropriate, are given in the archival list. Each original file has been given a separate sub-number, eg box file number 1 contained two filed which are now numbered D3184/B/M/1/1/1 and D3184/B/M/1/1/2. Where an original file has been split into two or more folders because of size, the folders have been given a letter reference after the sub-number, eg D3184/B/M/1/4/3(a), D3184/B/M/1/4/3(b). Where foldered and given a letter reference, e.g. D3184/B/M/1/32(a), D3184/B/M/1/32(b). |
