Letters from Colin Halkett (from on board the `Upton Castle') including one to Rev B Bailey, Senior Colonial Chaplain of Ceylon, wishing for no further communication between them. Conduct of Mr Bailey to Halkett, beginning with the noise and nuisance caused by Bailey's two children (under 10) and claimed threats made against them - transgression of the rules of civility and etiquette
