Title
Undated letter to Sir Robert Peel
Description
Probably extracted from a volume.
Wilmot Horton gives his opinion on the work of the Committee on Emigration, as reflected in their report. Suggests that this is a first attack on the subject, and that rather than producing an immediate plan, the best procedure would be to circulate the evidence and then revive the committee
