Description
Whereby Durham grants to White a parcel of land called the Holme containing 1 acre 123 perches at Clowne (copyhold land of the manor of Bolsover), in consideration of the discharge of £1 17s 8d payable (by the tithe apportionment award of 6 Feb 1839) by Durham on 9 acres of land.
