Confirmation by Henry, Duke of Lancaster, Earl of Derby, Lincoln and Leicester, of a quitclaim by Robert de Ferrers, Earl of Derby, to Dale Abbey of all his claim to their lands in Brassington, Hopton and Carsington in le Peak which had been given to them by Cecily, daughter and heir of Hugh de Ferrers
