Title
Grant by John Gell of Hopton, to Richard Walkerrector of Bondesale [Bonsall] and William Benet, vicar of St Michael's, Derby, of lands etc [as D258/27/2/5 above] with a messuage and 12 acres 1 rood land at Wirksworth, viz the messuage at the north end of the town between a messuage of the dean of Lincoln and a messuage of John Thomasson, 3 acres upon Medelpek and the rest in divers places, also a plot of land at Wirksworth, beside the road to Middleton, 3 acres of land in the fields and 21 roods meadow in le Brodmed of Hognaston
