Letter from William Fitzherbert to Sir Philip Gell - has been with Spence, the attorney and Heasman - they have settled the business as far as possible - bail is to be put in before a judge - Heasman says that Sir Robert made entry by cutting a clod about 6 weeks before the arrest - must wait until next term to see what Sir Robert will do - Gell's bill gainst Budworth is annexed, 10 Feb 1718/19
