Title
Agreement between Sir Philip Gell and John Spence of South Malling (Sussex) - whereas Gell claims to hold for life and Spence claims to hold in tail general, a moiety each of lands etc called Gratwicks Farm or Londons Farm at Cowfold [Sussex] - and whereas Gell has received the rents for divers years - Spence releases to Gell all claim on account of the said rents - Gell agrees that Spence may enter upon the farm and take joint possession thereof - Spence agrees that if Gell's moiety shall become the subject of any eviction or recovery by reason of any prior title, Gell shall be entitled to half the profits of Gell's moiety, (unexecuted), 31 Jul
