Property at Fairfield, Monyash and at Meadow in the township of Wormhill was bequeathed (will dated 22 Nov 1845) BY Sarah Green, widow of Ashford, deceased to Samuel Needham but charged with the aforesaid legacies which he has now paid. 13 Dec
