Title
Family settlement between Charles Toplis of Heanor, gent., Eliza Toplis of Heanor, widow, and Augustus Charles Drawwater of Nottingham, esquire, by which in consideration of £10, Toplis has released to Drawwater a messuage or tenement called West Hill at Heanor with stables and cowhouses, and four closes 13 acres 2 roods, and a parcel of land in Heanor 1 acre 3 roods 14 perches (being part of the Far Field) with all mines and minerals: to use of Drawwater in trust to permit Eliza Toplis after the decease of Charles Toplis to receive rents and profits for life
