Title
Copy will of Francis Wheatley of West Bridgford: to his brother William Wheatley of Watnall and his nephew William Wheatley of Rugby all his freehold estate in Heanor to be shared equally, and after the decease of his brother William the whole of the estate to his nephew William;
if William his nephew has no lawful issue then to his nephew Francis Wheatley of West Bridgford;
his messuage or tenement in Bridlesmith Gate Nottingham to his nephew Francis Wheatley Watts of Nottingham (subject to the payment of an annuity);
his freehold estate at Stapleford to William Wheatley of Nottingham grandson of his brother William Wheatley;
freehold estate at Dalbury Lees (being the jointure of his wife) to his nephew Francis Wheatley of West Bridgford;
to Thomas Wheatley son of Joseph Wheatley £20;
to his niece Mary Cotton and Sarah Ashton £20 each: to his nieces Sarah Owen and Elizabeth Maul £20;
to John Wheatley son of his nephew John Wheatley £20;
to his sister Ann Watts the sum of £5 per annum for life charged upon the property in Bridlesmith Gate, Nottingham 8 April
