Title
Copy conveyance by Henry Cunliffe Shawe of, Edwinstowe, co Notts, esq, to the vicar of Dronfield of a piece of land at Coal Aston, being part of a croft with an ancient cottage formerly in the occupation of Joseph Biggin and then of Richard Liddell, abutting on the north toward the turnpike road leading to Eckington, to Greenhill on the east towards land belonging to the trustees of Mr Addy, and on the west and south by other land owned by H C Shawe, to be used as the site of a National School and constituting a committee of management.
