Mortgage from Hugo Harpur Crewe to Robert Sacheverell Wilmot Sitwell of Stainsby House and Revd Degge Wilmot Sitwell of Leamington Hastings, co Warws, of estates at Breadsall to secure £4000 and interest at 3 1/4% pa for the term of 500 years, with a plan-and survey of occupiers, giving field names, 15 Nov 1892.
Endorsed with a Declaration by Hon Henry Arden Adderley of Fillongley Hall, co Warws, retired army captain and Godfrey Mosley of the Grange, Willington, esq concerning the repayment of the principal and interest and the extinguishing of the term of 500 years, 30 Nov 1925
