Mortgage from Sir Vauncey Harpur Crewe of Calke Abbey to Captain Henry Arden Addereley of Fillongley Hall, Warwickshire, and Godfrey Mosley of Derby, solicitor, of the Breadsall Estate and a policy of assurance for £10000 payable on the death of Sir Vauncey and the birth of male issue to him after 30 Nov 1921, to secure £10000 and interest, 31 Dec 1921.
Endorsed with receipt of H.A. Adder ley and G. Mosley for repayment of £10000 and interest from the representatives of Sir Vauncey Harpur Crewe, deceased, 12 Feb 1926.
