A later final assessment of 3 per cent for life stated: 'Mental condition is now normal. Scar […] well healed.[…] Complains of headaches at times'. Letter from claimant's GP said 'He now complains of frontal headaches, insomnia and attacks of trembling. I have prescribed sedatives and tonics for him. In my opinion his disability is more in the region of 20 per cent than 3 per cent'. |
