Hospital case note copy regarding Buxton's admission in November 1950 giving a provisional diagnosis of Anxiety State. Note in paperwork to say information in red boxes may be 'detrimental to the claimant.' This relates to impotence (given as 8/52, meaning 8 weeks) noted in hospital case notes. It was noted he had 3 healthy children. |
