Further information: From Specialist's report (stamped in red NOT INCLUDED IN CLIENT'S PAPERS): 'This patient suffers from headaches at the site of injury and also attacks of dizziness […] There are many physical manifestations of anxiety - sweating, tachycardia, exaggerated reflexes and deep sighing. [...] A clear case of traumatic neurosis. [...] The legal aspect of it being attributable is debatable but the courts favour the plaintiff in such cases for more than would have been the case in the past'.
