Alopecia and anxious state also noted. Claimant in appeal against 1 per cent disablement assessment stated: 'After several attempts to do my normal job of work I find that my physical incapacity prevents me. [...] there was an accident to a fellow worker at my place of work [...] I am at present working under the charge of a skilled and fully qualified contractor Collier, who has to prepare and make reasonably safe, our job of work, at which I am his helper'. In summary of findings of final appeal: 'This man sustained an accident […] injuring his left leg and foot. From these injuries he has recovered but he is however suffering from a traumatic neurosis.' |
