| Description | Date of birth: 01/11/1906 Marital status: Married Address: 40 New Street, Morton Type of injury: Injuries - back, neck and face Description of accident: A fall of rock from the roof buried him, rendering him unconscious and injuring his lower lip and upper and lower gums and the skin of his back' Further information: Accident caused injuries including dental and jaw impact (causing the loss of several teeth), headaches and ongoing dizziness when bending. In July 1949 Medical Board report noted that Davison 'Is suffering from an anxiety state' and remarked that 'there has been a loss of weight since first exam amounting to 12½ lbs'. Appeal successful in raising assessment of final disablement from 3 to 5 per cent. |
