Further information: In an extract of Hospital case notes there is a handwritten note stating '2nd Acd.' Included in the paperwork is a letter with a House of Commons stamp from Harold Neal to Joseph Kitts dated 19 January 1952 forwarding a copy of a letter to the claimant's wife regarding the disability assessment. The letter states that Mr Neal agrees with Mr Kitts' decision and gives an insight into Mr Kitts' professional character.
