Further information: According to the Summary of facts on the Tribunal referral, the claimant caught his right elbow in a prop on 18 May 1957. Injury benefit was paid from 21 May 1957 to 16 November 1957. The final assessment for disablement was 12 per cent. Special Hardship Allowance was disallowed from 17 September 1958 on the opinion of the Medical Board which decided that 'the loss of faculty did not contribute materially to his incapacity for his regular occupation.'
